Summer is just around the corner and it’s almost time to embrace the outdoors and savor the incredible alpine beauty of Breckenridge and surrounding areas.  What better way to do so after a day enjoying the Rocky Mountains than by lounging on a charming patio with your favorite beverage and yummy food?

Our Favorite Breckenridge Patios (in no particular order!):

Here’s Ski Colorado’s list of the top 12 patios in and near Breckenridge where you can unwind, soak up the views, and create lasting memories this summer!

  1. Traverse Restaurant & Bar: Enjoy nearly 360 degree views of the mountains from this large porch.  Worth the drive!
  2. Breckenridge Brewery: Indulge in handcrafted beers and mouthwatering pub fare on their lively patio, complete with panoramic mountain views.
  3. Aurum Food & Wine: Fabulous patio offering a fusion of seasonal flavors and breathtaking mountain vistas.
  4. Blue Stag Saloon:  People watch the passersby on Main Street from their front patio or check out the mountain views from the back patio.
  5. Island Grill (Frisco):  Venture over to the Frisco Marina and enjoy scenic Lake Dillon with casual fare.  Stay awhile and rent a kayak or SUP.  Check the calendar for live music schedule.
  6. South Ridge Seafood:  Beautiful views from the rooftop patio, fresh seafood, great happy hour!
  7. The Canteen:  Right on Main Street, check out the Canteen for casual favorites and fun drinks.
  8. Kenosha Steakhouse: Treat yourself to a mouthwatering steak while basking in the sunshine on their lively patio, perfect for people-watching.
  9. Motherloaded Tavern: Unwind on their casual patio, complete with a rustic charm, live music, and a diverse menu featuring comfort food favorites.
  10. Ember:  Located on a quiet side street, the front patio at Ember is a calm spot with great food and drinks!
  11. Dillon Dam Brewery:  Take a side trip around the lake to Dillon.  Take Swan Mountain Road and enjoy the scenic vistas – then stop by The Dillon Dam Brewery for pub fare and freshly brewed beer on the patio.
  12. The PAD:  On your way out of town, take a detour to the PAD Hotel in Silverthorne.  Head up to the rooftop deck for glorious views.
