We are excited to welcome guests back to our properties this June. We believe Breckenridge and the surrounding mountain areas provide numerous opportunities to enjoy safe outdoor-focused activities during these challenging times. In light of the COVID-19 situation, and to protect the health and safety of our guests, employees and community, we have implemented the following cleaning protocols as recommended by industry trade groups:
Sanitizing and Disinfecting: We use cleaning products on the EPA-approved disinfectant product list. Our housekeepers will open windows while cleaning to air out properties. Sheets, duvet covers and towels are washed at a commercial laundry facility at high temperatures to kill any germs. Once the property is cleaned, we treat hard and soft surfaces with a combination of EPA-approved disinfectant and UV-C disinfecting wands. We pay extra attention to high-touch surface areas such as doorknobs, telephones, remote controls, appliance handles, toilets, etc. to ensure your safety.
PPE: Our housekeepers and staff wear masks and gloves while cleaning, performing maintenance or otherwise entering properties. They change gloves before touching clean linens.
Training: Our staff has undergone updated training to make sure disinfectant procedures are carefully followed and the products are used properly.
Maintenance: Our maintenance staff will only enter properties when they are vacant unless there is an emergency situation. When entering, staff will wear masks and gloves and keep proper social distancing.
Health Screening: Our housekeepers and staff answer health screening questions and have their temperatures taken prior to each shift.
Check-In Procedures: If the property allows, you will check directly in to your property without coming to our office. If your property requires a key or programmed keycard, you will pick up your check-in packet from an outdoor mailbox at our office.
