Things to do at The Village in Breckenridge

Independence Day Celebration
The Fourth of July is certainly a good time to visit Breck. The town celebrates with live music, family-friendly activities, feats of athleticism, and more. While they refrain from fireworks for environmental reasons, it’s still a blast to watch the parade, run in the 10K, or participate in a mountain bike race on America’s birthday.
Breckenridge Food and Wine Festival
Hosted July 29 -31, 2022, the food and wine festival is The Village’s time to shine. Located at the base of Peak Nine, this Village festival highlights top wineries and an a la carte menu. The sip and savor event is accompanied by live music, provided this year by Spinphony. One of the best parts of this festival is that you can purchase a variety of passes to experience it:
Designated Driver Pass: Free access to enjoy the music without the wine (Saturday).
Grand Tasting Pass: Attend Saturday’s events, including wine tasting, a commemorative glass, and live music in the Main Street Plaza and The Village.
VIP Experience: If you want to include food samples in your pass, upgrade to the VIP experience for Saturday.
All-Access Pass: Participate in the entire festival weekend with reserved seating, unlimited wine samples, a wine pairing dinner, and a brunch.
Hogfest: Bacon and Bourbon
Send off summer in style, and taste, with the Bacon and Bourbon Hogfest at The Village! August 26 – 28, 2022, you can enjoy a pairing dinner, grand tasting, or brunch with one of four passes. Hogfest will feature bourbons from Pappy Van Winkle and Willliam Larue, as well as malt scotches and spirits. Pork-a-plenty will be available for sampling, and Katy O’Donnell from Buffalo Trace Distillery is the keynote speaker for Friday night’s pairing dinner.

Breckenridge Arts and Culture
Beginning August 1, residents and visitors alike in Breckenridge can enjoy a self-guided public art tour. Just download the app and enjoy hearing about the 25 stops along the downtown tour. There are also tours for the North + East District, as well as the Arts District Campus. This public art tour runs through September 30, 2022.
